We want you to feel confident purchasing from Aurevon Ventures LLC. This policy explains when refunds apply across our services.
Because underwriting is custom work delivered quickly, refunds are handled case by case. If we have not yet begun work on your deal, you may request a full refund. Once a deliverable has been started or delivered, fees are generally non-refundable, but if the deliverable does not match what was ordered we will revise it or issue a fair partial refund.
Recurring memberships and retainers can be canceled at any time and will not renew for the next billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for the current period unless required by law.
Membership NFTs are minted on-chain and are non-refundable once minted, as the mint cannot be reversed. If a mint fails, we will re-attempt delivery or refund that mint fee.
Physical merchandise may be returned or exchanged within the window stated at purchase if unused and in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
