Aurevon provides real estate underwriting and analysis support, Web3/NFT membership and community access, and merchandise. Features and availability may change over time.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of information and documents you submit.
Prices are shown at checkout and processed by Stripe or PayPal. Subscription tiers (e.g., retainers, memberships) renew automatically until canceled. You authorize recurring charges for subscription products.
Underwriting deliverables are produced on the timeline stated at purchase (typically 24–48 hours from receipt of a complete intake). Turnaround depends on your timely submission of required documents.
Aurevon's analyses are decision-support tools, not investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and are not a guarantee of any outcome or return. Aurevon is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Independently verify all assumptions and consult licensed professionals.
Membership NFTs are access credentials tied to your account and community role. They are not investments, securities, or promises of profit. Community access may be suspended for violations of our community rules.
Do not misuse the services, attempt to disrupt them, infringe others' rights, or submit unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Aurevon's brand, site, and deliverable templates are our property. You retain ownership of documents you submit; you grant us a limited license to use them to provide your requested services.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurevon's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Aurevon Ventures LLC is organized. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
